These terms cover your use of this website, run by Tamer Designs (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

The game

Gods to Dust itself, including any demo or playtest, is covered by the terms of wherever you get it (the Steam Subscriber Agreement for copies from Steam) and by any licence that ships with it. These terms cover the website only.

Our content

The Gods to Dust name, logo, artwork and everything else on this site belong to Tamer Designs. You’re welcome to share links and screenshots, and to use them in coverage, videos and streams of the game. Please don’t sell them or use them to suggest we endorse you or your work.

Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

Using the site

Don’t misuse it: no automated or bulk signups, no flooding the forms, no attempts to break, probe or overload the site, and nothing unlawful, abusive or infringing in what you send us.

The forum

You sign in to the forum with your Steam account, and you’re responsible for what you post. Keep it about the game. Everything on the forum is public, so don’t post anything private, yours or anyone else’s — use the support page for that.

• No harassment, hate, spam, advertising, or impersonating anyone, including us.
• No cheats, exploits shared for abuse, pirated copies, or links to malware.
• Nothing unlawful, or that you don’t have the right to share — screenshots included.

You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to display it on this site and to use it to improve the game. We may edit, hide or remove posts, lock threads, and suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

The mailing list

Joining is free and optional, and you can leave at any time. How we handle your address is set out in the privacy policy.

Feedback and ideas

If you send us suggestions, ideas or bug reports, through the site or the game, we may use them to improve the game with no obligation to you. Thank you for them.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it. Release dates, features and platforms described here may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tamer Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when we last did. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
